Workflow

Automatic Bundling and Insertion of Partitions: Once the signature stack reaches the preset quantity, it is automatically pushed to the bundling station. Here, partitions are accurately inserted at both ends of the stack, and then a powerful 3000N pressure is applied to tightly bind the signatures together, forming a firm signature package.

Automatic Vertical Stacking and Bundling Machine

Palletizing and Finished Product Output: The bundled signature packages are automatically transferred to the palletizing area, where the system stacks them neatly on pallets according to the preset palletizing pattern
